PM($26-30/HR)
- F/T minimum 5 shifts per week
- Ability to work any station
- Able to understand and train all prep for every station
- Performs opening and closing procedures proficiently
- Great communication/ Teamwork with front and back of the house
- Understands Food safety and Cleanliness standards
- Can supervise the line and check in deliveries effectively
- Executes orders in a timely manner with few mistakes
- Understands quality control and how food should look
- Accepts responsibility towards overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Train staff on and ensure the proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and company property
- Reports to work on time every day with minimal call outs
- Will cover shifts due to staff call outs
- Takes ownership, responsibility and command of maintaining excellence on line when chefs are absent
- Closely communicate with Sous Chef(s) and Head Chef to audit quality and safety protocols
- Ability to problem solve and properly execute decisions based on meeting goals of quality and consistency standards
Prep ($20-22/HR)
- Ability to handle food prep
- Put away orders in a clean and efficient manner
- Follows direction from all cooks and chefs
- Willingness to learn
