Cook 1 AM($22-25/HR)


  • F/T minimum 5 shifts per week
  • Ability to work any station
  • Able to understand and train all prep for every station
  • Performs opening and closing procedures proficiently
  • Great communication/ Teamwork with front and back of the house
  • Understands Food safety and Cleanliness standards
  • Can supervise the line and check in deliveries effectively
  • Executes orders in a timely manner with few mistakes
  • Understands quality control and how food should look
  • Accepts responsibility towards overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
  • Train staff on and ensure the proper handling and maintenance of kitchen equipment and company property
  • Reports to work on time every day with minimal call outs
  • Will cover shifts due to staff call outs
  • Takes ownership, responsibility and command of maintaining excellence on line when chefs are absent
  • Closely communicate with Sous Chef(s) and Head Chef to audit quality and safety protocols
  • Ability to problem solve and properly execute decisions based on meeting goals of quality and consistency standards

Prep ($20-22/HR)

  • Ability to handle food prep
  • Put away orders in a clean and efficient manner
  • Follows direction from all cooks and chefs
  • Willingness to learn
