Pay Range: $14.00 per hour + tips

Job Description: As a Server at Maui Brewing Co, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. Your role will involve taking orders, delivering food and drinks promptly, and providing recommendations on menu item.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation.
• Be knowledgeable about Maui Brewing Co. beers, food menu items, and specials, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with patience, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring all areas are properly stocked and set for service.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
